I am continually striving to improve my workshops. For this reason, you may occasionally find some difference between the information on my website and information provided to match your enquiries. This is to ensure I deliver the best possible workshop for you and the numbers involved.

Suspension and termination

I will determine, in my discretion, whether there has been a breach of this ‘Acceptable Use’ clause or content standards through your use of my site. When a breach of the same has occurred, I may take such action as I deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this ‘Acceptable Use’ clause or content standards, constitutes a material breach of the terms upon which you are permitted to use my site, and may result in my taking all or any of the following actions:

• immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;

I exclude liability for all action I may take in response to breaches of this ‘Acceptable Use’ clause. The actions I may take are not limited to those described above, and I may take any other action I reasonably deem appropriate.

UPLOADING CONTENT TO OUR SITE

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in the ‘Acceptable Use’ clause above.

You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

I will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

• results of the use of my site;

• use of or reliance on any websites linked to it or any content displayed on our site.

WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
