The global tax team's new leader wanted to bring his global team together to meet each other. Being new also, he wanted to meet them face-to-face.

SOLUTION

​

They asked Art By Vanessa to suggest four workshops that could open and close the conference in Cambridge. Vanessa proposed two painting workshops, one to create individual art and then the second to create team art, and to close, two challenges, the Columbus cube challenge working again in teams, and then the world record-holding paper plane challenge.

 

GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND

 

I also ran a competition for the two days and awarded six prizes throughout the conference to the winners of that competition, the team challenge and the paper plane challenge.
